Dear stakeholders,
We believe it is vitally important to seek the views of the school community in order to drive forward the school's improvement. Please find the recent results of our parent, pupil and staff questionnaires which will be used to direct further initiatives in school and sharpen our strategic direction.
We have asked stakeholders a range of questions which ask for views on the school ethos; teaching and learning; the school community, overall satisfaction and various other questions so that we can assess our current school culture.
The results from our 2021 / 2022 surveys are overwhelmingly positive. Parents/carers, staff and pupils were extremely enthusiastic about pupils feeling safe in school, the school vision and ethos of the school, the opportunities provided for pupils and families and the personal development provided to pupils. We are touched by the wonderful quotes provided by many and have shared some of these within the document – thank you! It is wonderful to see that the Howard Family is as proud as us in what we are striving to achieve with our vision.
Our sole aim is to get things right for the children so that they are safe, happy, and learning. If you are satisfied that we are achieving this, and the children are too, then we are succeeding in our aim.
The stakeholder questionnaires suggest that improvements in two areas would be beneficial – the extent to which pupil and parents understand more about how children are doing and ensuring behaviour improves to the impeccable level that was evident before Covid-19. We are going to work really hard to improve these things with you.
Thank you for your views.

Jesus said ‘I have come that you may have life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10). He calls us to a full life in mind, body and spirit. Jesus is the good shepherd and inspires us in our purpose of striving to provide wisdom, guidance, restoration and comfort just like the loving shepherd. Offering protection and educating against dangers, ensuring positive global citizens and the safety of all God’s children.
