The weekend saw the Coronation of King Charles III. An event which many will have never seen or experienced before. I hope that you had a celebratory weekend and enjoyed the additional bank holiday.
To mark the event a number of activities took place in school and on Friday we had an extra special lunchtime offering children the opportunity to experience a ‘street party’ in the hall. The children enjoyed their special party food in honour of the King. Before eating, we all performed the national anthem.
