What a great day. Very proud of the children who have taken part in the F1 in Schools UK Regional Finals!!!
The teams representing our school did brilliantly and were even nominated in a number of award categories, coming home with 2 awards 
. The Disco Dancers won the Judges Choice Award and the Robotic Racers won the Team Identity Award.
All of the teams have worked really hard in some very challenging tasks - racing, design and engineering presentations, formal presentations, pit design, interviews… some very daunting challenges!!!
It has been wonderful listening to children talking about working in engineering in the future having been inspired by this amazing STEM competition and the leadership opportunities it has created.
