In line with our vision of educating for 'life in all its fullness', inspired by the Good Shepherd and our commitment to developing the mind, body, and spirit, our young learners in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 recently enjoyed a captivating trip to Leeds Playhouse. They were treated to a fantastic performance of 'The Enormous Crocodile', bringing to life the story they had explored in class. This immersive experience not only enriched their literary understanding but also enhanced their creativity and imagination, key aspects of the curriculum.

Additionally, the school recently hosted a thrilling Christmas pantomime, featuring a wonderful rendition of 'Robin Hood' by M&M Theatrical Productions. The children were completely engaged, enjoying a blend of humour, adventure, and drama, which beautifully complemented their learning. This experience not only offered entertainment but also served as a dynamic way to support their cultural and artistic development.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff who stayed behind to make this event possible. It’s through such enriching experiences that we strive to nurture the holistic development of our pupils, aligning with our ethos of fostering growth in mind, body, and spirit.
