The children led a wonderful harvest festival worship this morning. It was lovely to hear their thoughts and reflections during this period of thanksgiving. The children sang harvest songs and shared their learning. They were a real credit to the school.
We were delighted to welcome so many grown-ups into school for our worship. It was the first whole school community gathering for our 'Howard Family' since before the pandemic which was humbling - thank you to everyone who attended, we hope you enjoyed it.
Thank you also for your plentiful donations!!! These will be distributed to the Pontefract Community Kitchen, supporting them to provide help to people in crisis in the local area. It was great to hear the children sharing the importance of this within the worship.
