Wow what an amazing experience for the children who qualified for the F1 in Schools Primary Class Regional Finals. They had the opportunity to watch the racing show live and were thrilled to be part of the event!

It was also lovely to see that the STEM challenge inspired self-initiated play in the den building area. The children have enjoyed developing their own Formula 1 car and practising their own pit stop tyre changes!

The results are in... Although we didn't win an award this year, The Golden Eagles finished a credible 7th fastest in the Northern England and Scotland region clocking times under the 2 second threshold and The Tigers were nominated in the Judges Choice award. Well done everyone!!! Fingers crossed for the wildcard entry to the National Competition.
