The Government has launched a new website called Best Start in Life, designed to support families with young children. It brings together trusted advice and practical tools, covering everything from pregnancy and baby care to early learning and preparing for school.
The website also includes a childcare eligibility checker and links to local services, making it easier for families to see what help and support is available.
This forms part of a national plan to open Best Start Family Hubs in every local authority, creating a one-stop place for families to access health, education, childcare, and wellbeing support.
