What a fantastic week it was for boosting children's mental health and wellbeing! Our Wellbeing Champions led worship, encouraging pupils to reflect on their emotions through characters from Inside Out, exploring the concepts of joy and sadness.
They also revisited the pledge they made during their Wakefield Health Team training, promising to be respectful and support the wellbeing of both pupils and staff.
Alongside this, we developed our Online Safety skills with the theme "Too Good to Be True? Protecting Yourself and Others from Scams Online," helping pupils recognise risks and stay safe online.
From mindful activities and buddy letters to the joy of OPAL play, it was a week full of opportunities to support each other and nurture our wellbeing—both inside and out!
