Yesterday we celebrated the rich history of our school during our annual heritage day. The children enjoyed learning facts about how the Howard School came to be and were fascinated to learn about how it has changed over its 188 years.
Parents also had access to the school archives during the coffee morning and it was wonderful to see some of them finding old photos of themselves attending the Howard School and hearing some new stories!
At the end of the day we had a celebration worship where each class shared samples of the work they had completed and upholding tradition we sang happy birthday to the school.
Work produced today will be collated and displayed in school.
