The school organised a visit from Jim Gump last week. Jim is an extraordinary man and inspirational speaker. He has run over 10km every day for the past 7 years without missing a single day. He’s also completed the gump run in America - 6,000miles in less than a year!
During the morning, Jim told the children stories of his life and the challenges he has completed and faced in a very thought provoking session. He then ran with the children who were inspired by his story telling. Following this, each class were then visited by Jim so they could undertake a question and answer session.
